b) please explain why the CHANGED the docs after WARP Toolkit from Devcon8.
ALL prior versions (Toolkit 2.0, 2.1, WARP GA toolkit and all tookit fix
release on devcons 6,7,8 say as you say, but the newer version say as i

and thats again WRONG! PLEASE try before you write something.

Under OS/2 WARP GA you CAN:

 DosAllocMem(1byte,READ/WRITE)
 DosSetMem(64K,committed) -> OK
 DosSetMem(64K+1byte committed) -> ERROR

 so, it appears as 64K IS allocated whatever you say refering to ancient
OS/2 toolkits prior to DevCon8.

 WARPED!, Mario
