 All you need is to apply a key to each set of echoes, and have the menu's
 "areachange" call a MECCA file which would be a menu - turning on the
 appropriate key and listing the areas.  The end result is almost identical
 to 3.01 with divisions (from the user's POV).
If you need something more specific just yell.
