I've got two Sendmail Commercial boxes feeding into a central mail server
(yeah, it's ridiculous overkill. Long story.). Anyway, that means that
the outside servers _never_ check for unknown users. It takes the mail,
does the blacklist checks, and hands it off to the dg server on the inside.
The dg server, on the other hand, doesn't do any blacklist checking at
all, but does do all the unknown user checking.
