Why &K9 (supposedly "failsafe" XON/XOFF _and_ CTS/RTS flow
control) ?  I hear that &K3 is considerably more reliable on the
NetComm.  Perhaps that's why my average transfer rate from Paul this
morning was less than 400 cps.  :(

Oh well, I shouldn't complain.  At least it connected that time.
