This is a list of problems I have had with my Netcomm M34F to
date. By the way, these are just problems, I do not have the
information on which modem, if any, is at fault, this is just
"data":

1. Getting connects with a USR Courier V34 at rates of 26400
instead of the 28800 and above I was calling with another
USR Courier. I have documented lots of results in another file.

2. USR Courier's are getting failed connects with me. The
symptom is that I get a 28800 connect with NO EC, then I get
a stream of x'91', then a swag of random junk. In another
instance the stream was an alternating x'11'/x'91', also
followed by junk. In this latter instance, the USR reported
a connect at 26400 (I'm not sure about EC state - more later).
This is 2 failed calls out of 5 calls from a USR to date.

3. A Maestro SE 9600 is getting a MASSIVE 95% failure rate in
connections. Symptom my end is simply "NO CARRIER". User was
able to connect successfully by dropping speed down to 2400.
Call was connecting trouble-free to my USR Courier V34.
