 actually carts cost $33 to make, and since nintendo makes them, they can
 require minimum orders (which they do). the big N's minimum order is
 100,000, which means to produce a game alone costs $3,300,000... this 
 cost scares off a lot of 3rd parties that want to try making N64 games.
