Word has been received via the Fido Net shortwave echo that as of midnight 26 
November 1994 the U.S. military has changed their entire HF frequency list. 
This comes in a message from Peter Ivakitsch who quotes a source he 
identified as Bob Evans.  The change will affect all traffic on Mystic Star, 
GHFS nets and others.  Peter says it is not known yet how far the designated 
proposed 3 kHz spacing arrangement will be from the previously assigned 
frequencies.  He is also concerned whether the shift will affect commercial 
MWARA flight frequencies.  Happy Monitoring...Brian.
