Hi Neil,
Neil Stahfest was talking about Instant Smileys
NS> Howdy. I found a great and silly feature in Word 7 for Windows
NS> 95 that I'd like to share to the fellow Word community. Have you
NS> ever mad a famous "smiley" in an e-mail or otherwise letter, which
NS> looks like this? ->>> :) Well, I have. And if you type out a smiley
NS> (Colon-Endquote) in Word 7 for Win95, it will turn it into a great
NS> smiley icon that is upright. Just wanted to share a tidbit I found,
NS> so p l e a s e reply to this if you plan on trying it or already
NS> have. Thanks. :), Neil Stahfest, freelance Win95 hacker and
NS> professional personal-computer crasher. P.S.: Another variation of
NS> the smiley can be made like> :( which is a sadee. Frownee.
NS> Whatever. If you make that it will turn that into an icon, also.
NS> Neat, huh? P.S.S.: Share any cool Win95 doodads with me, if ya can!
 NS> Bye!
GREAT TIP!!
Actually, after using this tip, I found the smileys and a few other similiar
things under TOOLS then AUTOCORRECT. Could be worth a look.
Talk to you later,
Paul
.!. As long as I can remember, I've had amnesia.
