i'll give ya that... it was a bit before he became ZC/IC, IIRC... granted,
he was in there fighting against it but the PoV was much different from
the developers side than that from the political side... alas, many of the
developers simply tossed it all in the wind and that de first and foremost
to being sick and tired of fighting with the politicos about technical
developments for the network :? :(
