I "can" compile the JF> source.c with EMX/Gcc, If you have emx installed you should have a working os2.h. It is not the same as the one in the toolkit, but for technical matters you don't need to care. Either your include path definition is broken in contrary to you stating it is ok, or your "proof" of functioning did not need . RC does call another program, the preprocessor rcpp.exe.
