Doesn't matter but I would suggest a separate partition, however you decide

set it up, to install NT.  If you've already partitioned it, choose what

sense to you and consider converting that partition to NTFS.
If you have Win95B (OSR2 with FAT32), remember that NT currently can't work
with or use a FAT32 partition nor can Win95 use an NTFS volume.  The boot
partition (C:) *must* be FAT16 or NTFS for NT...
