Bj”rn Felten was the elected moderator.  The participants of
the echo decided to have an election.  So an election was
held, with Michiel van der Vlist acting as Election Coordinator
and Alan Ianson as Vefifying Officer.  Nobody bothered to vote.
Makes no difference as to how many candidates were on the ballot.
The fact remains nobody voted.  That means no votes for anybody.
In other words, nobody was elected.

Since Bj”rn Felten has walked away, declaring to the world
he doesn't give a shit, and nobody was elected to take his place,
that means anarchy rules.

Therefore, everybody can play in the pigpen.  Sysops and non-sysops
alike.  If Bj”rn Felten wants to make the echo read and write for ALL,
he is free to do so.  If other sysops want to make the echo read and
wrote for ALL, they are also free to do so.

Alan Ianson is not the moderator of the FN_SYSOP echo.
Allen Prunty is not the moderator of the FN_SYSOP echo.
Roger Nelson is not the moderator of the FN_SYSOP echo.
Bj”rn Felten is not the moderator of the FN_SYSOP echo.
No other sysop is the moderator of the FN_SYSOP echo.
