I would contact the NC directly, either by netmail or email or both.

Send a netmail directly to Eric Renfro@1:135/371 with a request for a node. Let him know your contact/bbs details and host info.

You could also contact the RC of your area, 1:18/0 if I'm not mistaken. He may have a way (email) to contact Eric and get his attention.

If you happen to know Eric's email address I would try that as well.

Net 135 has been growing, so I think Eric is taking care of things.
