Peter Russell (On 14 Feb 97) was overheard expounding to Matt Smith
Hi Peter...
PR> Since when have car buyers been able to dictate to auto manufacturers
PR> what kind of car they would like to buy?
By simply not buying some of the flash and trash that the
manufacturers put out there. The power of the marketplace and all
that...
I'm in the market for something new but haven't seen anything that
I think will suit me for the long run.. Have to make my mind up soon
my old Ford wagon (Estate car) has clicked over 110K miles and is
getting very tired...
PR> The car makers essentially tell us what we want!
Hummpf ... they aren't telling me much of anything at the moment.
Now if I could find another brand new 1985 Ford wagon I'd be
satisfied and good to go for another 10 - 12 years.
... Happiness is a tagline you haven't seen a hundred times already.
