  Actually, her first and only use of the word is in a message to Jerry
  Schwartz in this packet.  And I disagree with its use.   Nevertheless,
  I can accept that she and you are interpreting what was said in those
  two sentences with a different meaning than was was meant then and
  now by those who wrote them.  Now that the intended meaning has been
  stated, how about we all move on to evaluating the document itself.
