What a coincidence! I didn't drink either! It's amazing how much
not taking the first drink contributes to keeping one sober.

This is where my new high-speed modem lost it's cookies talking to my
computer, and dropped some characters...and just as it was getting
interesting, too. ;-) [for those interested in the gory technical

Regardless, I got the jist of how your day-to-day life has changed.
My day-to-day life has also changed - last summer I got a high-paying
engineering contract position with a large and respectable company.
That in itself is quite a change - quite a few changes, actually -
from previous career positions, as well as periods of under- and
unemployment.
Back to my original quote, when I knew you here a couple of years
ago, you weren't using the 'M' word - and now it appears you do.
This kind of change isn't like changing jobs/careers or getting
divorced (and I don't mean to belittle these changes), but it's more
a 'paradigm shift' - an internal change. And staying in the program
