Let's start out with the fact that he's running Synchronet in this case, and
Synchronet doesn't support 5d addressing. So all of those configuration options
above would be wrong. I've seen his binkd.cfg, and it looks fine in regards to
his domains. He uses the 4d format which would all end in /outbound 1
