IBM gives away DevCon CDs for free at nearly each trade fair, e.g. german
Cebit. It may not be the most recent one, but it is a good start to
convince your employer to subscribe. It is ridiculous to _not_ invest $250
(~400 DM). This will be eaten by the loss of time you need longer to solve
your problems.
