1237cf1b6d50 tech Hello Tom - MK>>> Yep. You still have to know what you're doing. Anyone MK>>> relying on the GPS unit alone to navigate for them isn't MK>>> too smart. They are a very nice tool but demand knowledge MK>>> from the user. Not unlike computers, automobiles, boats, MK>>> planes, whatever we care to discuss. Right? ->> I saw the Cadillac version of this when it was first ->> introduced at an auto show and it appeared to be a 'no ->> brainer' to me? TW> They are pretty good. Even my Delorme unit that I use with TW> my Lap Top has Audio Turn by turn directions. But the TW> things it does. Particularly, Like at times taking you off TW> the Freeway and routing you over surface streets for a TW> while when taking you through large cities I don't care TW> for. It is a good tool for someone that travels a lot. Sounds interesting but myself, I don't travel much at all. I averaged about 8k miles per year on my automobile when I was married. The wife could double and triple that on her car. :-) When work was plentiful I tried to find jobs within no more than 20 minutes one way from my home (or less). I don't like long drives when I'm tired (coming home). This was very doable for many decades of my life until recently. > > , , > o/ Charles.Angelich \o , > __o/ > / > USA, MI < \ __\__ ___ * ATP/16bit 2.31 * ...
