They still had one. No disarmament, just a freeze on continuing
developments/production of more material.
I was having a discussion about this with 2 mates down t'pub last night
(one is a ModPlod at fylingdales (just back from trident gaurd on the
Clyde) & the other works for British Energy (our civvie nukes)).
The reason they've reopened the one they have is not for energy (it only
puts out 5Mw) but because it can produce polonium (needed for the
triggers).
