We could do that, but neither of us is a great fan of sauerkraut --
except on a Reuben.

      Title: GOOD REUBEN SANDWICHES
 Categories: None, Beef
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
           Rye bread slices
           Sauerkraut
           Swiss cheese
           Turkey
           Corned beef
           Ham
           Thousand Island dressing
           Butter
 
  Spread bread slices on 1 side with dressing.  Top half of the bread
  with liberal amounts of corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Top
  with a little bit of turkey and ham.  Place other bread slice on top
  and spread outsides of sandwich with butter.  Grill until browned.
  Good with hot German potato salad.
