David Drummond nominated everyone, but the election coordination
disallowed the nomination, even though it was valid.

The one candidate who was nominated (by another sysop) did not
receive any votes.  And nobody else did, either.

What that means is nobody was elected to replace Bj”rn Felten.

Not a single ballot was cast for anybody.
Nobody was elected to anything.

If you want to elect a moderator to replace Bj”rn Felten,
hold a new election.  The last one fizzed.
