Hallo All, I have a question about the power management in OS/2. Does anybody know whether it is possible to run a program automatically whenever the computer is suspended (by selecting 'Suspend' from the Power-Management icon, by using the power-switch on the computer or automatically after a specific period of inactivity). The reason I want to do this is that on my Aptiva, when I have the answering machine turned on under OS/2 and, for example, it is set to answer on ring 5, it takes three rings first to start the computer up again if it is suspended (if wake-up on ring is enabled), so 8 rings in total. So I want to set the number of rings to a lower number when the computer is suspended, and set it back again when operation resumes. Does anybody know whether this is possible, and if so, give some sample code? If somebody knows another solution to this problem, it is welcome also ofcourse. BTW, I'm using VisualAge C++ and OS/2 Warp.
