Thanks Gary, and all others that replied.  I was hoping to test it out last
weekend only someone borrowed by Delphi CD and I hadn't installed it yet :=#
Anyway, in the absence of Delphi I went back to VB and although I have got
something more or less working, the VB outline struck me as being rather
restrictive in what it wouldn't do.  Let's hope the Delphi one is a little
more helpful!
