| subject: | PARSE stmt for PL/I |
Excerpted from message dated 06-09-96, David Noon to Murray Lesser:
DN>I vaguely remember seeing a preprocessor macro a few months back that

Hi DAve--
I thought that the old issues of the PL/I Connection in INF form
were on some CD-ROM I have, most likely DevCon, but I couldn't find
them. However, I did find the reference to the macro, in Issue #1
(December 1994) hardcopy! (I started from the most recent issue,
naturally! We need a cumulative index.) It was in an article by Dave
Jones; the only attribute for Mr. Jones is that he is a "Team PL/I
Member." The macro was, indeed, written by Eberhard Sturm, is said to
contain 320 lines of preprocessor source code, and is (was) available
from David Jones at usqwvhwvh{at}ibmmail.com. I shall drop him an e-mail
note and see if anything happens other than a bounceback for improper
address.
If this doesn't work, I'll try Carolyn.
Regards,
--Murray
