Hello Roy. 05 Sep 03 04:06, you wrote to me: RT> There used to be an outfit, I can't remember the name any more, but RT> they were advertising in all of the programmer's magazines. I believe that there was some sort of mapping info included in RT> that, though it wasn't anything particularly graphic, just big files RT> of data points or something similar. I am only interested in the data. All kinds of software out there to handle the rest. Besides there are many professionals who are capable and can do a much better job then I can as far as hard copies go. I certainly could not afford to compete. However, I wouldn't mind playing with the data. Always stuff to learn there and it wouldn't hurt my feelings any if the little microjobber had these sorts of capabilities, especially in the realm of data collection. Also digital display in real time, or a reasonable facsimile, would be cool methinks. All the rest the guys and gals making the big bucks can handle. :-) Maurice --- GoldED+/LNX 1.1.4.7* Origin: Pointy Stick Society XIV (1:261/38.9) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 261/38 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
