Hmmm... I never had any luck with EleBBS... I tried it... :)

I've seen this occur, but, that was with SynchroNet BBS, and changing to
use the "Start.bat" file fixed it. Just had to pass the parameters
differently.

Well, from what I'm reading, you could either A. Switch to the older
NetFoss 0.7.2 and see if that fixes your problem. B. Log into my BBS
here and download the Lord 4.07B that I have online. C. Keep running
the 4.02 that you said works. But I don't know if it will work with the
IBBS stuff that's being used today.
Anyway, those are some of my thoughts. I know, not want you wanted to
hear? :)
