referrents. Shoshona's "them" refers to the individual
taking action, not a third party such as a child. To drag
in a third party is a red herring typical of the majority
of your posts. 
If you're unable to comprehend the concept of citizens
accepting the consequences of their own actions, then
you've simply demonstrated yourself to be the liberal as
you've been labeled in the past.
