I'm sure there are many.  And I'm sure that some form of Fido will remain 
alive and viable for those who choose not to advance themselves.

You being a ham radio operator.....I find hard to accept that you choose to 
be backwardly immobile, technologically speaking.  I do recognize your right 
to choose, though.  That does not mean that the world has to slam on the 
brakes to accommodate your choice.
A lot of people didn't want to go along with Henry Ford and the Wright 
Brothers, too.  Good thing they were a minority............
Sorry, I just don't have the answers for those who want to stop the 
advancement of progress and get off.  The Amish are one such stronghold, but 
there are very few other successful ones.
