Hap, looks likes my work schedule has changed, perhaps for the better!  
I get out of work at 4 PM on Mon to Wed. I still have Thurs and 
Fri off.  I think I get out at 5 on Sat, but I'm not quite sure 
as of yet.  Sun is still at 5, for sure.  
Not sure if it will help me get to the beach to clam, etc, but 
it will allow me to get my boat out more often to sail!  
Ketch you here or over in Home Cooking and see if I can get you on 
my boat and check out the hiking straps to see if they are 
safe for my kids...  ;)  
BTW, have you seen any of the news about the Regatta for the 
National Lido 14 Championship held here last week?  There were 
38 of them.  I should have taken the week off to join them...   
As it looks like they had a great time up here last week, they 
may be back next year.  If so, I'm making sure that I can get 
that week off!  Very nice people, even if some of them were 
from San D'Eggo!    Besides, those people took 
the top three trophies in the Gold Fleet!  
Hopefully, one of them, or a friend of theirs, will pick this 
up and get steamed up for the rematch.  They were all a pleasure 
to have had up here.  With luck, we get a chance to go after 
them again on Sequim Bay.  Not that I'm any good, but I do want 
to be out there on the water sailing against them the next time.  
After all, it looked like just too much fun for only 38 boats 
to handle!  
... My worst day sailing was better than my best day working!
