This says that the remote server wasn't found. Problem is either you asking 
for the wrong name or the other system unable to see the netbios network, in 
this case the next message tells us the other machine is not bringing up 
netbuei correctly. Possibly a machine name conflict.

What does lantran.log say on this machine? Probably that your machine name is 
the same as the othe machine. Check it also (computername= in 
ibmlan\ibmlan.ini). 
Do you even have the netbuei protocols beinmg loaded in mpts?
