Some interesting things happened today:

1. The Viper owner offered to swap modems with me if I thought the
Viper was better for my purposes.

2. The ISP provider (actually the Viper owner is part of the ISP
too) offered to buy the modem off me for what I paid.

3. Modemware said that USR have said that the modems will be in
stock mid-late March!!!

4. Bob Lawrence sent me a message without once calling me a fuckwit.
