Make sure your power supply is also rated high enough... 5V at 2A means
you need a 10Watt supply. The power supply that came with my RPi3 kit is
5.25V @ 2.4A => 12.6W.
If too close to the power supply rating, the supply might be reducing
voltage to provide the current.
