| subject: | Re: NAS for backups? |
From: Thees Peereboom Richard, I used one myself and have recommended them to several clients. All in all I'm very satisfied, no hassle, easy to setup and run. VAR's don't like 'em - not enough maintenance to sell, memory to add or parts to replace. You can choose these days, there are several cheap ones running some version of Linux, the more expensive ones (like Dell's) run a streamed version of W2K. For storage it's a very convenient solution. - Thees Peereboom On Fri, 14 Nov 2003 08:19:30 -0500, Richard B. wrote: > Anyone using NAS devices for server backups? > > Any you like or stay away from?
