Companies out there seem to think that a lot of what used to be true for
selling stuff still applies.  Not any more...

I got a kick out of this one web site where you could look for the best
deals on stuff.  In addition to everything else,  you could also look at
comments about that particular vendor,  both positive and negative.  One
outfit had a pretty good price on something I was interested in,  but the
comments went about 50-50,  positive in many instances but negative in
those cases where anything had gone wrong.  So I won't be dealing with
those particular people.

Nor would I want to get tied up with somebody who wouldn't give me a
straight answer,  either.

They'll learn.  Or they'll go away...
