This happened on 23-2-1996 at about 3:31pm(my computer time, could 

be about 8 minutes slow).

I tried again today at ~11:10 with the same result.

I noticed that  your Bink sent the "Press  key or wait 20
seconds"

line twice. This happens every time I have tried to FQ.
