Still too darn high.  They let 8 vertical feet of water out of the lakes
daily but 11 is coming in.  The spillway at Don Pedro which is just for
emergencies and never suppose to be used has got enough water flowing
over it to make a good size creek.  About 20' across and over a foot
deep according to my parents.  I normally hate cold but I wish it would
get cold so the water in the mountains would freeze and stay there.
