The goal of the American system is to give an opportunity to every have not 
to become a have. Communism, making all either haves or have nots has fallen 
because the asystem ended up with the same two classes, and they have found 
capitalism the way to go for effectiveness. of course everone there was on 
the dole . If we don't watch it, US big govt will put everyone in the 
poorhouse.
I worked too hard for that to happen.
I ask you why so many foreign nationals find the UIS a good place and 
succeed. Perhaps they are forced to work and there is no safety net per se 
for them. They even send money home.
While sympathetic to the situation you are in I also present to you that 
perhaps there might be something you are doing wrong and do not know what or 
hoqw you need to change to be successful. Could that be part of the problem?
