I don't think the author for NetModem 32 is around any more. Tho I ran it 
some time back when I had two telnet nodes. I used Win98SE with my telnet 
nodes...

I have not worked much with Win ME. I would try and see if you could load 
Win2K over the top of ME.

I have not heard of NetFoss, it may be worth a try....
