ROTFL! You do have to remember that those races/racers in question
are dinghies. As I mentioned, the Monday Night Regattas are just
getting solidified. Besides the the guy that was skipper/crew as
well as race committee, it's been tough getting anyone out there
to help run the show. Seems that a lot of the bigger boats aren't
interested in helping out and everyone that is there would prefer
to race!
Anyhow, perhaps we'll try what we did with the Thursday races:
Have one of the boats as committee for one of the weeks until
we can get better attendance by those that really run the show
for the love of the race.
... The Race Committee really IS god!
