WPProgramWithEnvironement is the class name. I originally wrote it as an
exercise to learn WPS, IOC and DTS. I did put up for freq a sorta debug
version and much to my surprise people started using it . I'm
working on another version which fixes some bugs (some were from the
compilier and only affected certain systems). Unfortuanatly, I've been
snowed under in work so it's been slow. Hopefully in a week it should be
ready.
