Out of three connects in a row, first one normal (with EC,

 no retrains on connect



both next ones, retrain on connect & no EC



The only constant here is the BTPE, Both modems do similar things,

or is it the software, 

takes an awful long time to get action when you first connect.

And an awful long time to disconnect

And for that matter, An Awful long time to get out of a +++ if you

ask for a retrain on the way out (ATO1)



At least all connects ended up at 28800/28800 (after retrains)
