Probably easiest thing to do is cat the two files together first, making
one file, then comment the file with the "new" comment file which
contains both comments.. like:

That's probably what you meant? :)  Otherwise, the second comment
overwrites the first one, always.

Yep, the area is set here to receive only from all in that file echo, and
send only to you.  So anyone can hatch a file there, and only you will
receive it.
