The older I get, the harder the above transition gets..  Be careful there. :) 
 We're starting to get some nice weather down here and the milage weekly is 
building.  The time change is a big help for me because I ride in the 
afternoons.  With the longer day and the additional hour, hopefully the "beer 
baby" will start to wear away.
Remember, spin!  It's spring.
