Actually there is religious repression.  The courts have ruled
that the 10 commandments could not be posted on a school wall,
and the Bible could not be available in a school library --
separation of church and state they call it :(
Fortunately the Supreme Court has slowed that trend recently :)
Unfortunately the Supreme Court struck down part of the law
that would have put a few limits on children's access to
internet pornography :(
At least the government has not limited religious broadcasting :)
