There are valid medical uses for quite a few drugs, but that doesn't mean it 
is right to use them..  If MaryJ cured cancer, I could see a change in my 
position.. I doubt that will happen..

Who said I was a supporter of the tobacco settlement?  If it were actually 
proven that a (currently) illegal drug provided valid medicinal properties, 
and that there is no other drug that can provide similar properties, I 
wouldn't be one to deny its use..  Inconsistent, no..
