      Title: Sliced Salmon Canapes
 Categories: Crs96, Makebagel
      Yield: 4 servings
      4 oz Chives with cream cheese
           (spearate recipe)
      6    Mini bagels, halved
      4 sl To 6 lox or gravlak, cut in
           Strips 1/4x2"
           Dill sprigs
           OR
      4 ts Chopped fresh parsley for
           Garnish
  Spread cheese mixture thickly on bagels. Lay 3 pieces of salmon
  crossed over each other on top. Broil until heated through, about 2
  minutes. Garnish with dill or parsley.
