    Problem 1:  You did not include the changes to section 8, but
    included section 8 as it now exists.

   [scratch the above.  You did 4.08b to include the changes to 8].

    Problem 2:  When I try to read this in my echomail reader (BlueWave)
    I can only see up to the first paragraph of section 9.3.  Everything
    else is truncated.  As some might say, my problem -- but if we are
    going to publish the full document in the echo, I would advise doing
    so in pieces.

   [for the 4.08b you published, my reader got to section 9.1 before it
   truncated.  BTW, did you really do a new index?]
