Though I am an old hand at fidonet I and my board are new to this echo, just 
signed on this week, and have not yet seen the rules of this echo.  Having 
admitted that, if your rules simply prohibit as you say "weapons of mass 
destruction" and that classification includes small arms then I strongly 
advise you to refer to a dictionary and update your rules.
When you have done so YOU may feel free to netmail me and MAYBE I'll take 
this echo again, until then...  TTFN.
