It is not surprising that the FD beta team has a private area to discuss the
development of FD, or that the FTSC members have a private area to discuss
FTSC matters. There are many other examples of such echoes as well.

Lee should have read and write access to most echoes but that doesn't mean he
should have access to FN_SYSOP or FIDO_SYSOP. He should not have any access
to those areas.
Don't we also have the freedom to communicate between ourselves?
